Dutch Law to Require CO2 Reporting for Business – May 23

From now on, every business larger than 15 m² and where people are present for more than 15 minutes will need a CO₂ meter. The measurement must be visible to the customer in the store, on the smartphone or on the company website.

Dutch Minister of Health Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit) says “If we had taken air quality into account more quickly during the corona pandemic, we probably should have caused much less damage economically, socially and culturally, and could have arranged everything much more finely.”

“One day we will find good air quality as obvious as safe drinking water from the tap.”
